Serial Number Query

The Serial Number Query Screen allows you to query a serial number and an activation key to see whether or not the sign up is complete.

If sign up is complete, this means that the customer successfully created a user name and password and is able to access the World Wide Web. Online Registration will time stamp the date that the customer completed sign up, and will show you the marketing plan that is associated with the customer.
