As an ISPA Affiliate, you have the ability to sell a broad array of Internet Products. Some of these products are

Individual Access Accounts

ISPA authenticates and provides technical support for your Individual Access Accounts. An Individual Access Account is an Internet connection meant to be used by a single individual. ISPA provides the basic Internet services such as authentication of login and password, Domain Name Service, an e-mail account, 5 MB for a personal home page, and USENET Newsgroups. In addition, we provide 24 x 7 Technical Support for the end-user.

Web Hosting Accounts

ISPA provides three levels of Commercial Web Hosting accounts available for our Affiliates to offer their customer base. Each Web Hosting account can be ordered with and without a dial-up account bundled in the price. Commercial Web hosting plans allow the customer to have their Web site address at their own domain (i.e. www.mycompany.com). Useful features such as CGI (scripting) support and FrontPage extensions allow the customer a great deal of flexibility in how they develop their Web site.

Web Development

When you sell Web hosting, you will find that companies will ask if you can design their Web site in addition to hosting it. If you do not have the expertise in-house to design a Web site, send the job to ISPA. If we design a Web site that was a referral from you, we will credit your account 10% of the price of the design job. For example, if the total initial job costs $5,000, you will receive a credit towards your next bill of $500. Referring Web development to ISPA is a great way to offset the costs of providing other Internet services.

Dedicated Accounts

As a company grows beyond a handful of Internet users, it starts to make sense for them to consider a dedicated connection. With a dedicated connection, a company has the ability to provide Internet access for everyone on their Local Area Network (LAN) over a single line, as opposed to needing multiple modems and dial-up lines. The connection varies according to the bandwidth of the line, which means how much data can be transferred and at what speed.

ISPA can help service your dedicated customers. We will order the equipment required at the customer site, as well as any equipment that might be required at your site. We pre-configure all equipment so that it just needs to be plugged in, and will ship it to you or to the customer directly. Our network engineers will assist in brining the equipment up and making sure it is working properly, and our high-speed customer care group is specially trained to support your customers that have network connections and routers.
