On Hold Account Report

This screen is used to allow you to view all the accounts that are on hold. Accounts can be on hold for a variety of reasons such as user request, usage time, or payment failure.

To run the report, fill in the start and end dates, choose detailed or summary, select where you want to view the report, then click on any of the links in the colored bar at the bottom of the screen. Which link you click on is how the report is going to sort.
