Roaming Usage Report

The Roaming Usage Report will give you an accurate count of the number of hours your Roaming customers have been on line.

You can run your query by a single login, or by all of your users. It is recommended that when running a full report on all of your customers, that you have the report sent to you by email, as there is too much information for your browser to pull up, and may cause you to time out.

You can set the query parameter by date, and by either running a detailed or a summarized report.

A detailed report will give you specific times that customers have accessed the Internet, and a summarized report will give a total of time on line.

This report can either be sent by email, displayed on screen, or saved to a disc.
