Affinity Groups Contacts

The Affinity Group Administration screen is the central point for the management of the affinity groups and their related data. You can access the data attached to an affinity group via this screen. First you have to query or create an affinity group, and then you can access the other screens related to this affinity group, via the frame above.

To create an affinity group, first fill in all the required information on the screen, then click on the "Create" button at the bottom of the screen.

To query an existing affinity group, type in the name of your affinity group and click on the "Query" button at the bottom of the screen.

To modify or delete an existing affinity group, first you must query the affinity group, then click on the "Modify" or "Delete" buttons at the bottom of the screen.

Once you have created an affinity group, you can add the contact information for that affinity group by clicking on the blue "Contacts" link at the top of the page. Once you have entered in all the required information on the "contacts" screen, click on the "create" button at the bottom of the screen. Modifying and deleted are done the same way as before.
