Account Query

This screen is used to query an existing customer's account information, such as the customer's login or to place the customer on hold or to take the customer off hold.

To query an existing customer, fill in any of the fields and click on the "Query" button.

On the account screen, you can make any modifications to the account and then clicking on the "Modify" button at the bottom of the screen.

To delete the customer's account, simply click on the "Delete" button. Once the Account is deleted, you must then delete the customer order part of the account. Once the customer order is deleted, you must then delete the customer information.
