The detailed subscriber base report will give you every account that you have including the account name, address, login, start date, and payment method. The detailed report can only be run by email only as a comma delimited or plain text file.

To open a comma-delimited file in Excel, save the report to your desktop, open Excel, click on file --> open --> select the report that you want to open. The Excel format wizard will start, select delimited --> click next, select comma --> click next then finish.
