Customer Query Screen

This screen is used to query an existing customer by login, first and last name, or by the customer's telephone number.

To query an existing customer, fill in any of the above fields, then click on the "Query" button.

Note: When querying by the phone number, you must use the format: ###-###-####.

To move on to the customer information screen, click on the blue link at the bottom of the page:
